The six-speed gearbox with torque converter lock as standard on this wheeled loader means you can enjoy 100% efficiency in every gear. Shorter gear ratios mean lower engine revolutions in each gear for increased performance and lower fuel consumption.Braking at wheel speed means that the brakes on the 435S rotate at the same speed as the wheels to reduce heating and friction and increase fuel economy.

For more effective protection, the steering cylinders on the 435S are positioned high, with their hoses routed through the main joint.

The main joint of this wheeled loader features a reinforced central pin and oversized bushing, as well as two tapered roller bearings on the lower box joints. This arrangement easily withstands vertical and horizontal loads.

The rear counterweight protects the cooling block and the rear of the wheel loader (including the rear lights) from damage.

The ROPS / FOPS structure on the 435S wheeled loaders has been redesigned. The width of the “A” pillars is the same as the rear of the machine, enlarging the cab interior and the panoramic windscreen. The auxiliary circuit switches and controls are now on the right A-pillar.
There are two colour LCD screens for navigating the working menus. One of them can display the image from the rear camera. Your simple, purpose-designed interface is easy and intuitive to use with the optional control knob.
Standard equipment on the JCB 435S wheeled loader includes heated exterior mirrors that can be electronically adjusted from the cab.The all-new ventilation system has nine defogging vents and six ventilation vents to ensure visibility and operator comfort in all situations. All controls are seat-mounted, moving with the suspended seat. You can choose the control system best suited to your operators: a single-lever joystick or a multi-lever version, both with electro-hydraulic functions for exceptional precision.

Access to the engine on the new JCB 435S AGRI wheel loader is easy thanks to the large, one-piece, automatically opening bonnet. Similarly, it is easy to reach the fuel and DEF tanks from the rear of the machine through the lockable grille.
The electronic machine monitoring system reports on the machine's status and sends warnings in real time, protecting both the 435S machine and the operator.
An optional automatic lubrication kit means that the machine will perform the necessary lubrication itself, while a standard wide-channel cooling block and programmable reversible fan will ensure effective cooling in environments where volatile contaminants are abundant.
By using excellent components such as the Cummins engine, ZF gearbox and axles, Rexroth pump and Parker valve block, exceptional longevity is built into the JCB 435S.
The braking system on this machine is almost maintenance-free, thanks to the dual-circuit hydraulic multidisc brakes in an oil bath.
Most Tier 4 Final / Stage IV engines use diesel particulate filters (DPFs), costly and time-consuming to replace. The Cummins engine does not have a DPF, reducing service and running costs.

On the new JCB 435S wheel loader, rear view mirrors have been installed at the front of the A-pillars for improved visibility. Interior mirrors, heated exterior mirrors along with a rear view camera provide excellent visibility around the entire machine.
The access steps are sloping, evenly spaced and complemented by well-placed handholds to ensure safe access to the machine.
Non-slip walkways and additional optional hand grips ensure operators can climb onto the machine safely.
Engines equipped with a DPF can be exposed to a fire hazard due to the high amount of heat generated in filter regeneration mode. The new 435S does not use a DPF, so this risk does not apply to it.
The cabin is mounted on shock absorbers, meets ROPS / FOPS standards and protects against dust thanks to positive pressure. You can choose ambient air filtration or recirculating carbon filters.
