JCB 525-60 AGRI/AGRI PLUS
- 6 mmaximum lift height
- 74 HPmaximum engine power
- 2500 kg mmaximum load capacity
Loadall machines from JCB are characterised by strength, durability and reliability. What's more, the 525-60 AGRI telescopic forklift provides low running costs, stringent safety measures, the latest generation of anti-theft technology, ease of servicing and the most ergonomic cab.
JCB Loadall machines cater for all needs found on farms. Farmers can choose either the AGRI or AGRI PLUS model. All versions have a range of renowned innovations, such as our Smart Hydraulics package, which works with different transmissions or engines to give you the best machine for your farm.
JCB is a pioneer in the telehandler market, having produced this range of products in series since 1977. Constant innovation has helped us to remain the world's first choice.
Today, the JCB Loadall range is one of the most extensive in the world, offering the highest levels of performance and productivity with world-leading build quality, unrivalled comfort and high residual values.
Our innovative ‘Vari-speed’ gearbox allows the driving speed to be programmed - a major convenience for users of hydraulic attachments such as sweepers or hoppers. The hydrostatic drive facilitates precise manoeuvring even in tight spaces. The drive system also interacts with the brake system. The drive's decoupling with the brake pedal provides excellent multifunctionality and power boosting during loading and handling.
A low height of 1,970mm and a width of 1,840 allows JCB Loadall machines to enter the smallest working areas. With a short wheelbase and large steering angles, a tight turning radius and excellent manoeuvrability are assured.
Your forklift operators can manoeuvre quickly and easily, changing direction either with the lever on the steering column or with the switch on the joystick.
The JCB 525-60 AGRI telescopic forklift has a choice of three steering modes. Two-wheel steering mode is great for driving on the road; Four-wheel steering provides great manoeuvrability in tight spaces. Crab steering helps you get closer to or away from the edge of obstacles.
JCB Loadall's rigorous new machine testing programme includes long-term load testing of the chassis, boom and other key components, as well as thousands of gearbox cycles. You can be confident in the long-term corrosion protection of the 526-40 AGRI Loadall machines because all cabs are dipped in an electrophoretic metal bath before painting.
The one-piece, fully welded chassis increases strength and reduces weight. Greater strength is provided by large boom overlaps (up to 0.7m) and heavy-duty JCB-manufactured hydraulic cylinders; all joints are fitted with hardened pins.
Reinforced axle mountings absorb the enormous stresses created by continuous handling of heavy materials. Castings with locks hold the tipping and extension cylinders in place, further contributing to structural integrity.
We installed a strong outrigger made of pressed inverted ‘U’ profile, closed with fully welded locking plates. For added strength, an integrated boom tip and one-piece locking plate were used. These solutions reduced the number of welded joints reducing the occurrence of stresses to a minimum.
This telescopic trolley has all new instruments and a high-resolution TFT screen. The intuitively positioned switches are illuminated to ensure you can recognise them at night. You can choose from a variety of seat types to suit operators and applications. There is a choice of cabs - with or without air conditioning, to adapt your Loadall truck to any climate and provide a perfect working environment.
The control of the JCB 525-60 AGRI is comfortable, precise and smooth: there are electric servo controllers with proportional control of the auxiliary circuits in a single lever.
JCB's constant proportional flow function allows operators to program different flow rates for different suspended equipment.
The safety of bystanders is ensured by our standard-fitted reversing alarm. To protect the cylinders from uncontrolled retraction in the event of hose damage, non-return valves (HBCVs) have been installed. For greater user confidence, the cab of this telescopic forklift is ROPS and FOPS (rollover and falling object protection) approved, providing uninterrupted operator protection.
Visibility around the machine is excellent thanks to the large roof window, the opening rear window, the rear-folding top door and the compact JCB Diesel by Kohler engine with its low, sloping bonnet. Rear visibility is excellent thanks to the extremely low profile of the rear undercarriage and boom.
Front and rear cab-mounted work lights provide excellent visibility. To improve it even further (especially when working at height in poor lighting conditions), order our boom-mounted work lights.
The JCB LiveLink GPS telematics system provides real-time location data for your machine. The ‘Geofencing’ function helps to determine whether your machine is operating in the locations you have selected.
The boom pin on the 525-60 AGRI is located low and the outer boom is narrow; as a result, visibility of the right side of the machine, the front wheels and also over the low profile of the bonnet is excellent.
Thanks to the excellent coupling of the transmission and hydraulics to the engine, fuel economy is ensured. The engine produces peak torque at low revs, as low as 1,500 rpm. Most Stage V engines use selective catalytic reduction of exhaust gases (SCR), requiring the additional maintenance of AdBlue fluid - the JCB Diesel by Kohler engine does not need this.
The new exterior design of the JCB Loadall is not just a cosmetic treatment; the airflow from the cooling fan is now directed diagonally upwards to reduce the time-consuming removal of accumulated dust.
